We have FREE shipping Australia wide. We do not ship overseas, except to New Zealand, where there will be a shipping cost.
All pre-orders will be shipping on Friday 1st November.
Standard orders are processed within 3-4 business days before it is shipped to you. We’ll always do our best to get it shipped sooner if we can. We use Australia Post and a courier for all our retail orders, so orders are delivered weekdays and unfortunately do not come with a guaranteed delivery time. Parcels are tracked but there is no tracking on Australia Post letters.
If you require your order urgently you are able to select express shipping for $10 at check out. If your order is received before 12pm, we can arrange next day delivery or if after 12pm it will be the following day.
We hope that your shopping experience is easy and enjoyable and we value the time you have spent on our website shopping with us. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you have simply changed your mind or if incorrect information is given to us.
If you receive an order that is damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 5 days of delivery and let us know the issue, including a photo of the damaged goods. We can then arrange for an exchange or refund.
