WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDERING

  • Orders can be made via email or online via the wholesale portal on our website.
  • $150 (plus GST) min order. MOQ of 6 per design. Starter packs with POS available.
  • Orders are charged at the time of purchase via direct deposit or credit card.
  • We offer 30 day accounts with our ongoing partners.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal.

SHIPPING

  • Once payment is received, orders are shipped within 3 business days. (Unless it’s a pre order item)
  • In the event that an item is out of stock, we will get in touch to arrange alternatives.
  • Shipping costs will be added to your invoice and is flat rate $20
  • All orders are shipped via courier from our studio in Brisbane, Australia.
  • Please let us know if you have specific shipping or delivery requirements.

CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES

  • Please get in touch within 24 hours after you have completed your order if you would like to cancel or amend your order.
  • Unsold items are not able to be exchanged.
  • Damaged stock must be advised within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • If an order is refused and needs to be resent, any further shipping costs will apply.

  • We ask that all Poppy & Daisy Designs products are sold in their original packaging.
  • Partnering with Poppy & Daisy Designs means you agree that the terms and conditions will be interpreted under the laws of Australia.
